We’ll take your meal from ordinary to extraordinary by creating an unforgettable grazing spread that is sure to impress your guests! Whether you want an aesthetically displayed cocktail style with individual portions or buffet served meal on large platters we can help you find the perfect catering for your event from a variety of trusted vendors, or if you'd like, you can supply the food - either way, we’ll handle the styling!

Our Graze Styling service for up to a 20 person display starts at $200+ which includes display planning & set up of food, beverages (if needed), use of white acrylic risers and travel within 30km of our location in Richmond Hill.
Food & beverages are additional based on your preference of providing the food or having us cater it. We are flexible to create set ups for as little as 6 and up to 80 people.
Additional items at extra cost for purchase or rental are available:

Special Event Planning pricing varies based on the number of vendors needed whether its for Full Planning or Partial Planning, or if you just need help for Day of Coordination.
Special Event Day of Coordination: Starts at $300+ includes:
1 consultation call + day of Timeline creation
1 final planning call + Timeline review
Follow up confirmation with all vendors + confirm Timeline
Day of: Total 2 hours of pre-event on site set up by 1 Lead Planner.
Additional cost to stay the entire event and tear down.
Special Event Partial Planning: Starts at $500+ includes all services from Day of Coordination above, plus:
Research & recommend up to 2 vendors for booking (e.g. Decor/ Entertainment/Photobooth/DJ/etc.). Additional cost for each additional vendor needed.
Special Event Full Planning: Starts at $1000+
Includes all services from Day of Coordination above, plus:
All research & recommend up to 3 vendors for booking (e.g. Venue/ Decor/Entertainment/Photobooth/DJ/etc.). Additional cost for each additional vendor needed.
Day of: Total 3 hours of pre-event on site set up by 1 Lead Planner.

Consultation
Perfect for those who love planning themselves but need a little support through a consultation where we will provide advice, guidance, expertise and recommendations to help you organize and execute your event. The consultation can vary in scope, from helping you with initial ideas and planning strategies to offering specific solutions for particular challenges or logistics. You will also receive our planning templates to help you organize the details of your event!
$100 per hour
Month Of Wedding Coordination
Designed for couples who have planned all of their wedding details, we will join you for the final month leading up to the wedding day to confirm your selections with your vendors. Our professional assistance will manage the execution and coordination of your wedding the way you envisioned it, allowing you to enjoy the day stress free!
Month of Coordination: Starts at $1500+ 2 months prior to Wedding Date and includes:
1 consultation call + day of Timeline creation
1 final planning call + Timeline review
Follow up confirmation with all vendors + confirm Timeline
Day of: Total 10 hours support by 1 Lead Planner.
Includes complimentary use of our selection of rental items:

Ideal for couples who have already started planning their wedding and want to remain involved in the planning process but need help with recommendations, booking the last few vendors, any specific planning aspects or the final stages. We provide our utmost expertise, organization, and support to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly. This service offers flexibility by allowing the couple to pick and choose what areas they need assistance with, without committing to full-service planning.
Partial Wedding Planning: Starts at $2500+ 6-8 months prior to Wedding Date and includes all services from Month of Coordination above, plus:
Research & recommend up to 2 vendors for booking (e.g. Decor/ Entertainment/Photobooth/DJ/etc.). Additional cost for each additional vendor needed.
Arranging vendor meetings, review of vendor contracts
