Month Of Wedding Coordination
Designed for couples who have planned all of their wedding details, we will join you for the final month leading up to the wedding day to confirm your selections with your vendors. Our professional assistance will manage the execution and coordination of your wedding the way you envisioned it, allowing you to enjoy the day stress free!
Month of Coordination: Starts at $1800+
Pre wedding coordination starts 8 weeks prior to Wedding Date and includes:
Consultation call + Takeover of Vendors: finalizing details
Detailed Timeline Development for vendors & client
Complete comprehensive checklist for planner, client & vendor management coordination to ensure everything is (soon to be) completed.
Review of provided vendor contracts, floor plan, seating chart
Final planning call to finalize Timeline 1-2 weeks prior to event, follow up confirmation with all vendors
Rehearsal coordination & attendance (if needed)
Coordination of remaining vendor payments (or on day of, if needed)
Day Of Wedding Coordination
Total 10 hours support by 1 Lead Planner:
Planner starts in the morning ensuring your day starts on time
Planner goes with you through the day to each location: photos, ceremony, reception.
Manage vendors arrival/set up and cues during the wedding
Coordinate and cue processional, wedding party entrances
On-site coordination of overall wedding reception agenda, speeches, entertainment, set up of personal items (if any).
Manage guests, seating and dietary restrictions with venue.
Includes complimentary use of our selection of rental items:
Table top signage (guestbook, favors, in memory of, dessert bar.)
Reserved seating signage
Table numbers 1-30
Card box
White flower girl baskets
White ring boy pillow
Use of Planner’s emergency kit and last-minute problem solving
Pre-arranged additional Day of support billed every 30 mins $60. Day of decision for additional Day of support billed every 30 mins $80.
Event Assistants are scheduled hourly as needed, but are required for every 75 guests, and pending amount of ceremony/reception set up needed.
Travel further than 50km of our location in Richmond Hill = Additional $0.80 per km.

Partial Wedding Planning
Ideal for couples who have already started planning their wedding and want to remain involved in the planning process but need help with recommendations, booking the last few vendors, any specific planning aspects or the final stages. We provide our utmost expertise, organization, and support to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly. This service offers flexibility by allowing the couple to pick and choose what areas they need assistance with, without committing to full-service planning.
Partial Wedding Planning: Starts at $2800+
Starts 6-8 months prior to Wedding Date and includes all services from Month of Coordination above, plus additional wedding planning support:
Research recommendations and budgeting for up to 2 vendors (e.g. Decor/ Entertainment/Photobooth/DJ/etc.). Additional cost if more vendors are needed.
Start Timeline Development.
Guestlist, RSVP & Dietary Restrictions Management.
Floor Plan creation.
Arranging & attending final vendor meetings, review of vendor contracts & budget.
Venue site visit with clients (if needed).
