It is our pleasure to assist you with planning: Birthdays, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Pre-Wedding Events (Proposals, Engagement Party, Wedding Showers, Bridal Showers, Bachelor/Bachelorette Party), Milestone Celebrations: (Anniversaries, 100 Days, Health, Graduations, Retirement & more), or any other type of social gathering!

We can assist with full, partial or day of special event planning based on your needs. Simply let us know your vision, theme, if you’ve already started the planning process, and anything else you want at your event and we will help you research, plan and execute!

Special Event Planning pricing varies based on the number of vendors needed whether its for Full Planning or Partial Planning, or if you just need help for Day of Coordination.

Special Event Day of Coordination: Starts at $300+ includes:

  • Starts 4+ weeks before event

  • Consultation call: Takeover of Vendors: finalizing details & confirmations

  • Detailed event day working agenda & timeline development for vendors & client

  • Comprehensive checklist for planner, client & vendor management

  • Review of contracts, floor plan, seating chart

  • Up to 2 logistics overview consultations

  • Final walkthrough of venue (if needed)

  • Final meeting 1-2 weeks before the event + Finalize Timeline

  • Day Of: 2 hours of pre-event on site set up coordination by 1 Lead Planner

    • Additional assistant(s) are $25/hour, per assistant, hired as needed.

  • Planner’s emergency kit and last-minute problem solving skills.

  • Additional cost to stay the entire event and tear down.

Special Event Partial Planning: Starts at $500+ includes all services from Day of Coordination above, plus:

  • Research & recommend up to 2 vendors for booking (e.g. Decor/Entertainment, etc.). Additional cost for each additional vendor needed.

Special Event Full Planning: Starts at $1000+
Includes all services from Day of Coordination above, plus:

  • All research & recommend up to 3 vendors for booking (e.g. Venue/ Decor/Entertainment, etc.). Additional cost for each additional vendor needed.

  • Day of: Total 3 hours of pre-event on site set up by 1 Lead Planner.

For each service:

  • Travel further than 30km of our location in Richmond Hill = Additional $0.80 per km.

  • Pre-arranged additional Day of support billed every 30 mins $45. Day of decision for additional Day of support billed every 30 mins $60.
